Aurora Public Schools joined the online school community with our new online high school, APS Online in January of 2010. During the startup process we faced and overcame many of the same challenges that online programs face in the beginning. What program will best meet the needs of our students? How do we market our program? How do we meet the challenges of space, staff, and equitable access for our students? As we addressed these challenges, we learned a lot and we still learning.
